This policy explains refunds for purchases from Smart Building Engineering.
Online courses and digital products
Our courses and downloadable materials are digital products that give immediate access once purchased. For this reason, we do not offer refunds after an order is confirmed and access has been granted, unless required by law.
If you cannot access a course or download after paying, contact us and we will fix it promptly. If we are unable to provide access to a product you paid for, we will refund you in full.
Consultancy, services and products
Refunds, cancellations and returns for consultancy, installation, maintenance, retrofit work and instrument supply follow the terms in your quotation or agreement.
How to raise a request
Email support@smartbuildingengineering.com with your name, order or invoice details and a short description of the issue. We reply within three working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, usually within seven to ten working days.
